  • Offer Anti D prophylaxis To Rh Negative Mother At 28 weeks
  • Start Prenatal Exercise
  • Maintain Diet, Weight And BP chart
  • Routine ANC visit As Per Your Doctor Advise

Third Trimester (28 weeks to 40 weeks)

  • Routine ANC Check Up
  • Maintain Diet, Weight And BP chart
  • Complete Your Two Dose Of Tetanus Injection
  • Specially Growth And Presentation and liquor. Offer Growth And Doppler Scan
  • Explain foetal movement count
  • Assess Risk
  • Follow Up Visit As per Your Doctor Advised

  • Digestive Problems (nausea and Vomiting) - Small Frequent Diets, Avoid Spicy Food. Take early Morning dry Toast Or Biscuit. Avoid greasy food. Take Night meal early
