Abstract Submission Guidlines

All abstracts must be submitted online only through the NSI website. Members should log in to their member accounts and follow the prescribed format available on the website. Submissions not following the format will not be accepted

You may submit abstracts for Platform Presentation or Poster Presentation under one of the following:

Important Notes

  • Each presenter can submit only one abstract for platform presentation. A second abstract may be considered only in History of Neurosciences, Poster, or Special Category.

  • Abstracts must represent original, unpublished work.

  • Submission implies commitment to present if selected.

  • All presenters must register for the conference.

  • Accepted abstracts will be published as submitted—please ensure accuracy.

  • Non-presentation after acceptance (without prior notice) will result in debarment for one year.

Guidelines for Award Papers

  • Presenter must be below 45 years of age and have ≤7 years of experience (excluding training).

  • Must be a Life/Associate Member of NSI for at least one year.

  • Work must be conducted in India.

  • Paper must be personally presented by the author.

  • Certification from Head of Department/Institution is required.

  • Full paper (in Neurology India format) must be submitted with the abstract.

  • The Scientific Committee will review and allocate the papers; their decision is final.
