NSICON 2026 - VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR OVERSEAS DELEGATES

Important Information

All overseas delegates intending to attend NSICON 2026 are required to obtain a Conference Visa for entry into India. Please note that Business or Tourist Visas will not be accepted, except for delegates from countries exempted from visa requirements.

The Organizing Committee will provide official support documents exclusively to registered and fully paid delegates and participating exhibitors to facilitate the visa application process.

Given the intricacies involved in obtaining a Conference Visa, delegates are strongly advised to submit their requests for visa support documentation through the official NSICON 2026 conference website at the earliest opportunity. This will help avoid potential delays in visa processing.

The final date for submitting requests for visa support documents is 20 August 2026.

Disclaimer

The Organizing Committee disclaims any responsibility for travel disruptions, delays in visa processing, or any associated costs arising from non-compliance with Indian visa regulations or any changes in travel requirements imposed by India or the delegate's country of residence.
